In addition we offer:

Relaxation and Meditation workshops – to utilise the ‘power of breathe’

In these busy, stressful times trying to find a work life balance can be very difficult;  To utilise the ‘power of our breathe’ is an excellent way to relax, meditate and find a peace from within to be able to release energy, insight and purpose. We will follow the ancient teachings from one of the original ‘Schools of Yoga’ in Western society to explore a new way of being in a supportive,  holistic environment.to create a safe, quiet and healing space for individuals

Values

We are dedicated to promoting positive mental health and emotional wellbeing for all people, as well as raising awareness through various training workshops.  We fundamentally believe that within a safe and supportive environment people can expand as individuals, develop insight and increase self awareness to attain their pure potential both personally and professionally.

We believe everyone has the right to be treated with dignity, respect and equality.  Therefore we encourage creative exploration methods for the promotion of change and transformation to enhance reflection and the freedom to make decisions, experiment and test out new ideas.

We believe that the individual is the expert of their own life, know their own truth and path; and thrive when given the chance to develop their own understanding and destiny within a safe environment and appropriate support.
